Tobacco-Free India: An Initiative by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
As part of the Tobacco-Free India campaign initiated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, St. Blaise High School organized a week-long awareness drive from 30th June to 5th July. The objective of the drive was to sensitize students about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption and to encourage a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle.
The campaign featured a variety of engaging activities throughout the week, starting with a Special Assembly that highlighted the dangers of tobacco use. This was followed by poster-making, slogan-writing competitions, and an impactful skit performed by the students.
Students from Grades 6 to 10 participated with great enthusiasm, spreading the message of a healthier, tobacco-free future.
