On 25th July 2025, a seminar on "Life Skills for Adolescents - Embracing Changes" was conducted for Std 10 students. The esteemed speaker, Dr. Ankesh Sahetya, a distinguished medical professional with vast experience in adolescent health and well-being, shared valuable insights with the students.

The seminar focused on the constant changes that adolescents undergo, physically, emotionally, and socially. Dr. Ankesh guided the students on how to embrace these changes with resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset.
