A two-day Phonics Teacher Training Session was conducted on 10th and 11th April by Ms. Hema Chandra, for the Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers. The workshop focused on building strong foundational skills in phonics, helping teachers understand the relationship between sounds and letters. Through interactive activities, demonstrations, and practical strategies, teachers were guided on how to effectively teach blending, segmenting, and pronunciation to young learners. The session was highly engaging and equipped teachers with valuable techniques to make reading and learning more enjoyable and effective in the classroom.
