An Orientation Programme was conducted at St. Blaise High School on 20th ,June 2026. The session was led by Rev.Fr. Ajit Patrick and was scheduled from 8:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The programme catered to all sections—Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary—and was systematically organised. It commenced with an introduction by the Supervisor, Mrs. Shilpa Phadke, followed by a warm welcome extended to Rev.Fr. Ajit Patrick by the Headmistress, Rev.Sr. Bindu Joseph.

Rev.Fr. Ajit Patrick delivered an insightful and engaging session, addressing key themes such as innovation in education, managing jealousy, and building strong emotional connections with students. He emphasised that teachers must take the initiative to guide and support every innocent child placed in their care, nurturing them with patience, understanding, and compassion.

A notable highlight was the blindfold activity, which effectively illustrated empathy and sensitivity in the teaching-learning process. The session was highly interactive, activity-driven, and intellectually stimulating. It served as a powerful eye-opener, encouraging teachers to adopt creative and student-centric teaching practices.

The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Mrs. Silvy Dsilva .The session ended on a joyful note, with teachers carrying back inspiring ideas and cherished memories from the orientation.
