Our school celebrated Vanmahotsav with great enthusiasm to promote environmental awareness and encourage tree plantation. The programme began with a special prayer service, where students prayed for a greener and healthier environment.

After the prayer, the tree plantation drive was organized on the school campus. The Principal, teachers, and students planted saplings and pledged to take care of them.

A slogan rally was conducted to spread awareness about the importance of saving trees. Students carried colorful placards and raised slogans such as "Save Trees, Save Life," "Plant More Trees, Save the Earth," and "Each One, Plant One."

The importance of Vanmahotsav was explained during the assembly. Students learned that trees provide oxygen, reduce pollution, conserve water, prevent soil erosion, and help maintain ecological balance.

Various classroom activities were also conducted, including poster-making, slogan-writing, drawing, essay-writing, and quiz competitions. Students participated actively and showcased their creativity and concern for the environment.

The celebration concluded with a pledge by all students to plant more trees and protect nature. The programme was informative, inspiring, and encouraged everyone to contribute towards a greener future.
