An Orientation Programme was conducted on 20 June 2026 by Fr. Ajeet Patrick for teachers of the various sections. The session was inspiring and thought-provoking, encouraging teachers to take initiative and become a guiding light in the lives of their students.

Fr. Ajeet emphasized that every meaningful journey begins with a single step of initiative. He reminded teachers that they are not only educators but also mentors who shape children's future through their values, dedication and commitment. He also highlighted that a teacher's true identity is reflected in the growth, character and achievements of their students.

The programme included an engaging group activity in which teachers worked together to create innovative models using newspapers. The activity promoted teamwork, creativity, problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking, with each group confidently presenting its ideas.

Overall, the programme was enriching and motivating, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, creativity and purposeful teaching while inspiring teachers to continue making a positive and lasting impact on their students.
